Shelby Kearns

Shelby Kearns is a writer living with her husband in Central Florida. Her husband was an Army officer for close to five years, and his career took them to Fairbanks, Alaska, and Lawton, Oklahoma. As an Army wife, Shelby worked a variety of jobs in the journalism, education, and nonprofit sectors. She's a graduate of the University of Chicago's M.A. in the Humanities program.
