It’s a crunchy-con thing too, isn’t it? The Feds, by the way, are getting more hysterical every day about raw milk. If you want to market raw milk, expect to be raided (not inspected–raided) on a regular basis. Likewise if you are practicing holistic family medicine. Here in the rural midwest we kinda like both.
