Herewith the spanking-new trailer for Copperhead, which Ron Maxwell (Gettysburg) directed and yrs truly scripted from a novella by the great novelist of Upstate New York–no, not J.F. Cooper but Harold Frederic. Film will be released to theaters on June 28. Popcorn is on me.
Congratulations, Bill. The trailer looks great.
Great trailer! And I understand a new edition of Frederic’s novel will be out before the movie opens.
As far as I know there are no FPR meetup groups in California – otherwise it’d be a good occasion for a meeting.
A descendant of Southrons having grown up in Buffalo and now living in Rochester, forgive me if I expect this to be the cinematic event of a lifetime.
Congrats, Bill — greatly looking forward to this.
